O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) On perusal of the petition, we find that the larger prayer to protect and preserve the temple is actually coloured by the issue of a particular temple which is stated by the learned counsel for the 5th respondent to be a private temple and thus it cannot be taken over by the said respondents. In any case the issue of ''Architectural and Heritage of Temple'' is being examined by us in another batch of writ petitions.

2. The writ petition accordingly stands closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
