] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 45 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the judgment made in S.C.No.315 of 2023 dated 06.04.2024 by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Allikulam, Chennai.
2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
