This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12273 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14494 of 2022 dated 05.08.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai and it is yet to be taken on file.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 12273 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 14494 of 2022 dated A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

shk 05.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 am until further orders. The remaining conditions are unaltered.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
