This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 684 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of 6th respondent / Chinnathambi, in S.A.No.658 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both sides, the delay of 648 days in filing Second Appeal No.658 of 2016 is condoned.
