The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the petitioner was granted bail by this Court by order dated 04.10.2021 with certain conditions and one of the condition was that "the petitioner to cancel the sale deed within a period of one month as per his affidavit". Thereafter, since the impersonator was not available, the petitioner could not comply with the condition and thereby, he filed a petition for extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.11433 of 2021 and this Court by order dated 10.11.2021 granted four weeks time to comply with the said condition. However, in the order copy it is wrongly mentioned "four weeks time is extended to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties". Hence, the learned Counsel prays for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, paragraph 3 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.11433 of 2021 dated 10.11.2021 is to be read as follows:
