This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court daily twice at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16780 of 2019 dated 22.07.2022

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16780 of 2022 dated 22.07.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 am until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
