(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The claim of the petitioner is that dumping of waste is taking place in S.No.925/4, Balepalli Village, Krishnagiri District on account of a wrong entry in the Adangal.

2. The aforesaid being a matter of correction of revenue entry, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move the District Collector in accordance with law.

3. Liberty is granted.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
