stones on the petitioner property in survey Nos.91/1, 91/2A, 91/2C, 91/3, 105/3A2, situated in Chokanadhapuram Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2023 and reminder representation dated 01.04.2024 and further or other suitable orders as this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to conduct survey in respect of his property in S.Nos.91/1, 91/2A, 91/2C, 91/3, 105/3A2 situated in Chokanadhapuram Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District, by considering his representation dated 19.07.2023 and reminder representation dated 01.04.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the above said land and applied through online on 29.12.2023 for surveying his land. Since his application for survey of the land was not considered, he submitted a representation on 01.04.2024 requesting the second respondent to survey the land. Even the written representation of the petitioner has not been considered and hence, he is before this Court.

3. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2024 would be considered on merits, within a time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the said position, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2024 and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
