Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the proceedings of the third respondent in Rc.No.Estt-1/NZ/967/25929/2013 dated 20.6.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the second and third respondents to correct the date of birth of the petitioner as 14.11.1956 which was given by the petitioner along with original certificates on the date of appointment i.e., 31.3.1981 and allow her to retire on 30.11.2014 as per original certificates furnished. For Petitioner : Mr.B.Ullasavelan For Respondents : Ms.A.Sri Jayanthi, Special Government Pleader.

O R D E R

The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, made a submission that the date of birth, as claimed by the writ petitioner, has been carried out and she was allowed to retire from service. Thus, the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished. Thus, no further adjudication is required to be entertained in respect of the other grounds raised in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
