ORDER

The learned Deputy Official Liquidator submits that an appropriate application will be filed for sale of the property adjoining the property sold to the applicant in this application.

2. Earlier, this Court, by its order dated 22.11.2024, granted all the prayers sought for by the Deputy Official Liquidator in her report dated 22.11.2024. The same has also been recorded in the said order. Since the prayers sought for by the Deputy Official Liquidator through her report dated 22.11.2024 in respect of this application has already been granted, no further order need be passed in this application.

3. In terms of the order dated 22.11.2024 passed by this Court, this application is disposed of. The learned Deputy Official Liquidator is permitted to file an appropriate application before this Court to bring the property adjoining the property of the applicant for sale. 13.12.2024 rkm Index:yes/no 2/3
