By order dated 2.8.2019, this Court directed the petitioner to effect paper publication in respect of the sixth respondent in one issue of English Daily "The Indian Express".

Now, the petitioner has filed this miscellaneous petition to modify the order dated 2.8.2019 by permitting him to effect paper publication in one issue of English Daily "Trinity Mirror"

or "News Today".

In view of the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect paper publication in respect of the sixth respondent in one issue of English daily "News Today" mentioning the date of hearing as 22.8.2019.

List the writ petition on 22.8.2019.
