This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate, (FTC), Mayiladuthurai, in D.No.295 of 2020 dated 21.08.2020.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.21601 of 2019, this Court by an order dated 09.08.2019, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.28 of 2018, within a period of four months. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, (FTC), Mayiladuthurai, has sent a communication dated 21.08.2020 in D.No.295 of 2020, narrating the sequence of proceedings in C.C.No.28 of 2018 and sought further period of four months time to complete the trial in the said case.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to complete the trial in C.C.No.28 of 2018 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 03.12.2020 rts http://www.judis.nic.in
