This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 544 days in filing the appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Despite the receipt of notice, on behalf of the second respondent, none represented.

4.The petitioner would aver that due to the injuries suffered on account of accident, he is not in a position to move anywhere without others help. He would further state that due to ill health and financial crisis, the delay of 544 days occurred, which is not wanton.

5. The reasons mentioned in the affidavit appear to be reasonable and acceptable. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and the delay of 544 days is condoned on condition to waive the interest for the delay period. 11.09.2025 Mac https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
