The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2008.

2.The representation was sent to the 2nd respondent/The General Manager, Coimbatore Murugan Mill, which is a private organization. Therefore, no writ petition can be entertained in respect of the grievances of the employees, who are working in the private mill. This apart, the representation states that the writ petitioner must be permitted to participate in the negotiations conducted during the year 2008. claim cannot be entertained and in short, the cause aroused for moving the present writ petition became vanished. 3.In this view of the matter, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the relief as such sought for in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
