Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from infringing the petitioner's right to travel abroad with his wife and two children, by withdrawing the Lookout Circular issued at the instance of 1st respondent against the petitioner. ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for a mandamus forbearing respondents from infringing on the petitioner's right to travel abroad with his wife and two children by withdrawing the Lookout Circular (LOC) issued at the instance of R1, being the Senior Assistant Director of Serious Fraud Investigation Organization (SFIO), 2.
The writ petition has in fact been listed for admission on 24.08.2023 for completion of pleadings. In the meantime, miscellaneous petition has been filed for fixing out of turn hearing. 3.
Today, Mr.A.Sriram, who appears for the contesting respondent / R1 circulates a communication dated 08.09.2023. That communication states as follows:- "To Dt.08.09.2023 The Deputy Director The Bureau of Immigration Hqrs Ministry of Home Affairs 2/5
East Block - VII, R.K.Puram, Sector - 1, New Delhi - 110 066 Email : boihq@nic.in Sub: Investigation by SFIO into affairs of Surana Industries LImited and other companies under Sec.212(1)(C) of the Companies Act, 2013 - deletion of LOC against Mr.Abishek Bokadia Sir, Please refer to Look Out Circular vide No.1/SIC/Ack/LOC/2020-8862 dated 09.12.2020 (Copy enclosed), wherein LOC was opened against 6 individuals in connection with an investigation, one among them was Mr.Abishek Bokadia, S/o.Suresh Bokadia (Passport No.M2742880). The LOCs have been reviewed and it has been decided to revoke the LOC issued against Mr.Abishek Bokadia.
It is hereby requested that the existing LOC issued against Mr.Abishek Bokadia be deleted at the earliest with intimation. Please take note that LOCs against other five (5) persons remain in operation.

In light of the aforesaid communication, which is to the effect that LOC issued against Abishek Bokadia, the present petitioner, has been revoked, nothing further survives in this writ petition.
