Respondent PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Kallakurichi to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.605 of 2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

For Petitioners : Mr.G.Balamanikandan

O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.605 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court at Kallakurichi, within a time frame that will be fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. When the revision came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge and requested the learned Principal Subordinate Judge to indicate as to how long he would require to dispose of the suit. I passed this order considering the fact that the 1st civil revision petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 75 years. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Kallakurichi has sent a report stating that he would require a period of six months to dispose of the suit.

3. Considering the fact that the 1st civil revision petitioner is a senior citizen and the report sent by the learned trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge at Kallakurichi to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.605 of 2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
