This application has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5812 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5369 of on 26.04.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st & 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
