ORDER
The petitioner in this revision seeks a direction to District Munsif Court, Tirruppur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2018 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration that the Sale Deed dated 03.12.2006 is null and void and for other reliefs including prayer for injunction. The perusal of e-Court entry filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that the respondents herein were set ex-parte as early as April 2019 and the suit was posted for recording ex-parte evidence on 11.07.2019. 2/4
Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned from time to time without any substantial progress.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not filed any petition to set aside the ex-parte order and the said statement is recorded.
4.In view of the above fact that the suit has been kept pending from July 2019 for recording ex-parte evidence, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the District Munsif Court, Tiruppur to dispose of the suit in accordance with law within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
