[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Since the detention order of Sathya has already been challenged in H.C.P.No.878 of 2021 and this habeas corpus petition has been filed subsequently, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
