JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by HULUVADI G. RAMESH,J.) This Writ Appeal is filed against the order of dismissal passed by the learned Single Judge dated 08.03.2016 pointing out that the 2nd respondent/G.Savithiri is having a decree of declaration and that she is the allottee of the subject land viz., Plot No.2196, Door No.7, Anna Veethi, 2nd Street, M.G.R.Nagar, Chennai-78 and there is no merit in the Writ Petition.

2. The remedy to the appellant lies elsewhere and this Court, cannot reappreciate the facts set out by the appellant. It is open to the appellant to get clarified regarding Plot No.2196 in Door No.7 or Door No.7-A, where actually, the appellant house situates and work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as devoid of merits. No costs.
