This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 210 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 12.09.2022 passed in C.M.P.No.2760 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore District.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
