ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned Crime No.306 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur on 27.12.2022.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition.
