This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to implead the proposed respondent who is the legal heir of the deceased 2nd respondent as party in the Criminal appeal for proper adjudication.

2. Mr.S.Sugendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed. 29.08.2023 vum Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter after two weeks.
