The present criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.15 of 2013 dated 06.09.2013 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.15 of 2013, after completion of investigation, was referred as 'Mistake of Fact' vide RCS No.1 of 2016 dated 11.02.2016.
