These applications have been filed challenging the rejection orders passed by the Official Liquidator rejecting the respective claims of the respective applicants.
2. The applicants in all these applications have categorically contended that they are willing to satisfy the requirements of the Official Liquidator for the purpose of adjudicating the respective claims of the respective applicants.
3. The Dy. Official Liquidator, who is present would also submit that if the requirements are satisfied the Official Liquidator is willing to reconsider the impugned orders and adjudicate the claims of the respective applicants once again on merits and in accordance with law.
4. The learned counsel for the respective applicants has no objection, if a direction is issued to the Official Liquidator to reconsider the respective claims of the respective applicants on merits and in accordance with law, on receipt of the required documents from the respective applicants.
5. Accordingly, the respective applicants are directed to produce all the necessary documents to the Official Liquidator to enable the Official Liquidator
to adjudicate the respective claims of the respective applicants, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of those documents, the Official Liquidator shall re-adjudicate the claims of the respective applicants, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
