This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 987 days in representation of the case bundle in C.R.P.SR.No.61163 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay is condoned on a condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- to the Chief Justice Relief fund within a period of two weeks from today (08.09.2022).

The C.M.P.No.15118 of 2022 is ordered.
