This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8644 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8798 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
