JUDGMENT

It is stated by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that the suit has been amicably settled between the parties and he has made an endorsement to withdraw the same.

2. A joint memo dated 14.07.2016 has also been filed by all the parties and the parties to the memo are present in the Court excepting the first defendant one Vijayalakshmi, who is the mother of the defendants and she is said to be hospitalised.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is making the endorsement for withdrawal of the suit, for which, the defendants have no objection.

4. The joint memo is recorded. In view of the joint memo, this suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. O.A.No.960 of 2014 is closed.
