This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 4(b) of the Order dated 13.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15346 of 2023 pending on the file of respondent police.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner visited 1st respondent for observing the conditions, however, 1st respondent directed the petitioner to appear before the 2nd respondent for complying the condition. Petitioner appeared before the 2nd respondent for observing the condition on 27.08.2023 and 28.07.2023. On both the dates, 2nd respondent threatened him that, he would get complaint from others and would foist cases against him. Therefore, petitioner is not able to comply the condition. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that, petitioner may be permitted to appear before the 1st respondent and observe the condition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed this petition.

4. In the light of the submissions made, this Court modifies the condition in Crl.O.P.No.15346 of 2023 dated 13.07.2023 as follows, [b] the petitioner shall report before the 1st respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
