The Second Appeal itself was allowed in part. The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant additional time period of 10 months to the petitioner for vacating the suit premises.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant ten months time to vacate https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

and handover the possession in compliance with the judgment and decree made in S.A.No.349 of 2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had vacated the premises and handed over the possession to the appellant in compliance with the judgment and decree.
