By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
The writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2025. The case of the petitioner is that, he joined the third respondent University on 15.12.2000. In the year 2007, he met with an accident and suffered with 60% disability. Meanwhile, the petitioner was declared excess and through proceedings dated 28.04.2023, he was transferred to Government Arts and Science College, Thirusuzhi, Virudhunagar District on deputation. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent on perusing his medical records by proceedings dated 26.05.2023, posted him at M.G.R.Govt.Arts and Science College, Kattumannar Koil. During December 2024, he was again shifted to Kumaratchi Keezh Vanniyur Village. Aggrieved by the same, he sent a representation dated 09.02.2025 and the same is yet to be considered by the respondents.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a differently abled person. The third respondent / University was took over by the Government. Therefore, the petitioner was considered as excess and posted at M.G.R.Govt.Arts and Science College, Kattumannar Koil as non-teaching staff and again transferred to Kumaratchi Keezh Vanniyur Village. Due to his disability, he finds difficult to continue at said place, as he did not get any assistance from his family members or relatives. It is further submitted that shifting of college also further aggravated his inconvenience. Hence the petitioner sent a representation dated 09.02.2025, to the first respondent and the same is yet to be considered. 5.
At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 would fairly submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered within a reasonable time.

Heard the learned Counsel on both side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of fair submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.02.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
