This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 26.10.2022 wherein the petitioner is seeking for allotment of one residential portion to be constructed by the respondents at Andiman Thottam, Mandiveli, Chennai.

2. Heard Mr.S.Aswin Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Venkatesan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 26.10.2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law and take a decision and convey the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all the relevant documents and a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
