ORDER

It is seen that the petitioner was imposed with a punishment of withholding of increment for two years without cumulative effect vide order dated 14.06.2000 of the first respondent. At the time of filing O.A.No.1231 of 2003, the petitioner was aged about 49 years. Now, he is 62 years old and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

he would have retired from service on reaching the age of superannuation. Therefore, in my view, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, on this score, the writ petition stands closed. No Costs.
