This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, namely the Inspector of Police, Mantharakuppam Police Station, Cuddalore District to register the First Information Report on the basis of the complaint dated 03.07.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
