This application has been filed to raise the order of attachment passed by this Court on 16.03.2020 in A.No.8147 of 2019.

2. The applicant was a borrower from the respondent Bank and in the affidavit he has stated that earlier he has committed default and now he has settled the dues of the respondent bank.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent bank, on instructions, submits that the applicant has settled the dues of the bank.

4. The statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent bank is recorded. Since the dues have been fully settled, the order of attachment passed by this Court on 16.03.2020 in A.No.8147 of 2019 is raised and this application is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to inform the concerned Sub Registrar's Office about the raising of the order of attachment.
