This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed consequent to the death of the 1st appellant to bring on record his legal representatives as 3rd to 6th appellants.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said petition, it is stated that the 1st appellant had died on 04.12.2020 and the legal representatives are now sought to be brought on record.

3.In view of the fact that the Second Appeal had been admitted and substantial questions of law had been framed, it would only be appropriate that the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant are also permitted to join issue with the respondents on the substantial questions of law already framed, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 04.07.2022 smv 1/3 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
