The learned counsel had entered appearance on behalf of the proposed respondents who are to be impleaded as R15 and R16. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the said petition, it had been stated that the 5th respondent had died on 14.06.2020. Effectively that was during the period when Covid-19 Pandemic was set out and consequently, it would only be appropriate that as soon as the petition had been filed and the same also taken note of by this Court. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
