Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in respect of impugned order of eviction vide Na.Ka.No.4521/2023/M5 dated 22.06.2023 passed by the first respondent and the same was communicated to the second respondent in respect of petitioner's property comprised in
S.No.191/57, Pothur Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District and consequently direct the first respondent to restore the petitioner's patta in respect of above said property.

ORDER
The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 furnished a copy of the proceedings issued by the Inspector of Police, T-7 Tank Factory Police Station, Avadi stating that based on the letter received from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvallur in proceeding dated 22.06.2023, the police authorities found that the dispute between the parties is of civil nature and therefore cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the parties are relegated to approach the competent civil court of law. The complaint filed before the T-7 Tank Factory Police Station was closed. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to resolve the civil dispute in the competent civil court of law.
2.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
