Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records comprised in the proceedings of the first respondent bearing F.No.808/10/2006-F(c) dated 29.11.2007 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently issue a mandamus by forbearing respondents 1,3 and 4 from not in any manner levy, impose, collect or demand cess under the Cine Workers Welfare Cess Act, 1981 with respect to the import of foreign films including its dubbing in Regional languages and conversion of the films into DVD's and pass orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
