By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1380/A/2024, dated 28.04.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider the death certificate of the P.Abinash, dated 11.06.2025 and pass orders afresh by considering the integrated certificate issued by the Thasildar, Usilampatti, Madurai District dated 31.08.2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials 2/6

available on record.

According to the petitioner, his father-S.Prakasam, who was working as Traning Offier died on 09.06.2024 and after the demise of his father, the petitioner has given an application on 03.10.2024 claiming compassionate appointment. Vide impugned order dated 28.04.2025, the same was rejected by the 3rd respondent on the ground that the petitioner's brother-Mr.P.Abinash was working in the same Department. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that his brother Abinesh was also unfortunately died on 02.06.2025.

5. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the impugned order has been passed prior to the death of his brother. Therefore, if any fresh representation is come, they would consider the same in accordance with own merits, notwithstanding the earlier rejection dated 28.04.2025.

6. In such view of the submissions, the petitioner is directed to give a 3/6

fresh representation for compassionate appointment, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any such representation is received, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a further period of twelve weeks.

7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 15.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
