The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.470 of 2012 dated 14.5.2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.470 of 2012, after completion of investigation, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tindivanam and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.16 of 2013.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
