(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2024.

2. Taking into consideration the nature of grievance and the relief sought, we are of the view that if the petitioner has any such grievance, his remedy lies in approaching the Debts Recovery Tribunal and not this Court.

3. With the said liberty, writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
