When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that no First Information Report has been registered and only the enquiry is pending.

Recording the submission, this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, as early as possible and act in accordance with law and the petitioner is directed to co-operate for the investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
