S.BALAJI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for offence under Sections 294(b), 448, 323, 506(2), 379 of I.P.C in Crime No.506 of 2021, seeks Anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the De-facto Complainant and there was a family dispute between the families of the petitioner and De-facto Complainant and the De-facto Complainant had gone over to the house of the petitioner where a wordy quarrel arose between the wife of the petitioner and the De-facto Complainant and during the quarrel, the petitioner had snatched the thali chain of the De-facto Complainant and had not returned the same to her. Hence the De-facto Complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioner.

3. It is seen from records that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.16007 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 03.09.2021.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no change of circumstances arises for considering the second anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
