ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in order no.016892/HR4/SETCTN/2016/ 3777, dated 2.8.2016 issued by the 2nd Respondent and to quash the same.

2. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

3. The Petitioner has challenged the impugned order of transfer relying upon the GO.Ms.No.10 dated 7.1.1994. According to the learned standing counsel for the Respondent Corporation, the transfer policy as per the said GO will not be applicable to the Corporation. At this stage, the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he already made a representation dated 5.8.2016 and the same may be ordered to be disposed of by the concerned authority, within a time frame. If the Petitioner joins the place of transfer, the said representation of the Petitioner shall be disposed of by the concerned authority, sympathetically, within a period of one month from the date of joining.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected MPs are closed.
