Heard Mr. R. Saravanakumar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. L.P. Shanmuga Sundaram, Learned Special Government Pleader (Co-operative) appearing for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions, states that the Respondent has called the Petitioner for discussion to amicably sort out the disputes.
