O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the IV Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur @ Ponneri to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.13 of 2007.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the earlier direction given by this Court in C.R.P.Nos.1141 & 1142 of 2018, but there was no progress in the trial. Hence, prays for speedy disposal of the suit.

3. This Court perused the E-Court status. On 02.12.2020 this Court directed the trial Court to complete the trial within four months, the same has not been complied with. Even, after lapse of two years, it was not complied. All the plaintiffs are senior citizens but the trial Judge has not given any perversity trial. This Court is inclined to grant only three months time to dispose the suit.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 02.11.2023 Index :Yes/No AT Note: Registry is directed to call for explaination from the Presiding Officer why he has not complied the earlier order passed by this Court.
