KAMALANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, this court made the following order:- [Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA, J.] This Court by order dated 26.03.2021 extended six months time to dispose of the O.P.No.1072 of 2018, considering the request made by the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai vide letter dated 11.11.2020. But, the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, by letter dated 13.10.2021 addressed to the Registrar General of this Court, sought for further extension of four months time citing the reason that the Corona pandemic situation has delayed the matter. 2.Considering the prevailing situation, this Court is inclined to give a final chance to the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to comply with the direction issued by this Court.

3.Accordingly, the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the said petition within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
