This miscellaneous petition has been filed only to amend the cause title by mentioning the correct initial of Rani, the first petitioner in the Writ Petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has not raised any objection for allowing this miscellaneous petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title of the main petition as well as in the order passed by this Court dated 12.01.2023 and issue fresh order copy to both the parties.
