(CRIME NO.111 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and to execute sureties by a further period of two weeks in Crl.O.P.No.9326 of 2021 dated 19.05.2021 in Crime No.111/2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 19.05.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9326 of 2021 to execute sureties.
